About Kristen L.M.T. MA33719; AP 3342 DOM

Kristen has over 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. In 2013, Kristen earned her Bachelors of Health Science and Master of Oriental Medicine so she could incorporate massage with acupuncture to help clients achieve optimal health from simple rejuvenation to complex injury rehabilitation. Kristen's own personal experience with a cancer diagnosis in 2022 and having surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiation peaked her interest in becoming certified in oncology acupuncture and manual lymphatic drainage to help others combat side effects of cancer treatments. Kristen also obtained a certification in oncology massage.

Customized Massage

Provide customized massage from simple rejuvenation to pain management. Techniques can include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myoskeletal alignment technique, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, oncology massage and Traditional Thai massage.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and boost the immune system.

Oncology Acupuncture

A complementary therapy used alongside cancer treatments to help manage symptoms and improve quality of life for cancer patients. It involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to alleviate pain, reduce nausea, and alleviate stress and fatigue associated with cancer and its treatments.

Oncology Massage

A specialized form of massage therapy focusing on gentle techniques to provide comfort, reduce pain, and alleviate stress during and after cancer treatments.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

A gentle, specialized therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system, helping the body remove toxins and waste. By using light, rhythmic strokes, it promotes lymph flow, reduces swelling, and boosting the immune system, making it particularly beneficial for post-surgery recovery and managing conditions like lymphedema.
